A year-long group journey for those here to walk their truth, repattern their reality, and embody their creative power.
This is a path of full-spectrum reclamation — nervous system, breath, belief, identity, and vision — held in deep community. Inbodied is for the ones who know they’re here to live differently. To lead from the inside out. To become coherent with the life that’s calling them.
Over 12 months, you’ll be guided through an arc of personal transformation designed to shift how you relate to your past, create in the present, and embody your future. Through somatic repatterning, EFT, Breathwave, coaching, and collective ceremony, you’ll remember how to live from your wholeness — not as a concept, but as your baseline.
This journey includes:
One-on-one initiation session with personalized EFT
8-part group repatterning series (live online)
In-person Breathwave Level 1 Training
Monthly group integration and coaching calls
Community space for accountability, reflection, and support
Bonus content and advanced energetic practices throughout the year

Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable,
100% credit if cancellation is within 90 – 61 days prior to the start of the event.
50% credit if cancellation is within 60 – 31 days prior to the event.
25% credit if cancellation is within 8 - 30 days prior to the event.
No credit if less than 7 days notice is given.
Credits must be used within one year of purchase.
