I acknowledge that thoughts, beliefs, symptoms and feelings may be brought to the surface of my awareness to be healed. In my participation, I agree to and do hereby indemnify, save harmless and release Rhea Joannou of any and all responsibility to any other parties indicated or implied from any and all claims, actions, costs, expenses and demands of whatsoever kind, in respect to loss, damage, bodily injury or death to persons, including myself, or to property, which may arise out of or in connection with my participation in the process. It is understood that the information relayed during my sessions is private and confidential and that Rhea Joannou will honour and hold anonymous such information unless there is a real risk of injury or bodily harm to the client or another individual. I acknowledge and understand that I am in control of my experience and accept full responsibility for myself, my emotions and my healing.  In signing this I reclaim full responsibility for my life and my power.
