I was born and raised in the South of France and London. When I was 17, I moved to North Carolina where I attended Duke University and graduated with degrees in Art History, Visual Arts and Business. Being raised in Europe with a Greek-Lebanese-Azerbaijani background and moving around a lot, the sense of belonging to a single place eluded me.

When I was 6 years old, my father taught me single pointed meditation. This offered me a place to go when the world felt like it was too much to handle as well as a sense of connection to a force that felt greater than me. These moments were glimpses of a world beyond my perceived

experience, a sense of calm and peace beyond the sorrow that would creep up all too often. 

In 2011, I felt blessed to receive a scholarship for a yoga teacher training with Aananda School of Yoga and began to share the practice as well as guided meditation. In that same period, I dedicated more time to cultivating my inner world by attending a couple 10 day silent meditation retreats. Nevertheless, a sense of disconnection and self-judgment continued to grow as I tried to fulfill ideas of what my life would need to look like for me to be happy.

It wasn't until I had my first experience of Conscious Connected Breathing (Breathwave), also known as Breathwork, years later, that I began to truly cultivate a sense of true belonging. My first session offered me an experience of pure vibration. This moment was so powerful that it shifted the course of my life thereafter. Two weeks later I had quit my job and was on a flight down to Mexico to attend my first Breathwave training with my mentor, Robin Clements. My whole life began to shift, old patterns began to fall away and a sense of connection began to flourish within.

Soon after being introduced to Breathwork, a friend then introduced me to Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) also known as Tapping. This was such a powerful experience in its impact as it allowed me to access and heal traumatic events in real time and astoundingly, the technique was incredibly simple. Soon after, I completed my first EFT training with Sonya Sophia.

Through these practices, I could not only cultivate my connection to a greater awareness but also begin to  cultivate a sense of self appreciation  rather than deprecation. I realised how much of my life I had spent punishing myself for all that I was not and how much of my true feelings I had ignored. Through tapping, I began to consciously deconstruct any limiting beliefs within my relationship to myself. I was shocked at how powerful yet simple these tools were. As I began to cultivate these practices and integrate them within my daily life, I found the sense of belonging that was  lacking was in truth a sense of self acceptance and connection to myself.

In addition to facilitating Breathwork and Emotional Freedom, I am a registered Hatha Yoga Instructor (RYT-200) and Holistic Health Coach. My practice is non-denominational and rooted in metta or loving compassion. My belief is that loving awareness (the light of awareness) is the catalyst for true healing. Much of the work involves some soul journeying and retrieval. ​My intention is to empower you to remember your wholeness and activate your full potential. My hope is that you will integrate these tools for yourself and become the author of your story.
