When i was 6 years old, my father taught me single-pointed meditation. This practice became foundational in my fascination for the wealth of possibility contained in the present moment.

 

 it wasn't until 2011 that I formally deepened onto this path by spending some time in my first  silent retreat. That same year, I received a scholarship for a yoga teacher training with Aananda School of  Hatha and began to share the practice as well as guided meditation.

In 2013, I had my first experience of Conscious Connected Breathing (Breathwave), also known as Breathwork. My first session offered me an experience of pure vibration. This moment was so powerful that it shifted the course of my life thereafter. I have since completed many trainings and supported in the facilitation of Teacher trainings.

Soon after being introduced to Breathwork, I started to work with Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) also known as Tapping. This modality allowed me to access and transform very specific points of my subconscious psyche simply and effectively.  I deepened my shadow work practice and completed trainings with Sonya Sophia's school of living arts.

In addition to facilitating Breathwork and Emotional Freedom, I am a registered Hatha Yoga Instructor (RYT-200) and Holistic Health Coach certified with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.

My practice is non-denominational and rooted in metta or loving compassion. My belief is that loving awareness (the light of awareness) is the catalyst for true healing. Much of the work involves some soul journeying and retrieval. the present moment is always the access point.

​My intention is to empower you to remember your wholeness and activate your full potential.
